National service, a topic that has been on the agenda many times over the years in focus by governments’.
The government has an infrastructure of Institutional framework in mind.
Technical generations’ are thought to differ from older generations’.
Since modern generations’ have many mindsets, they have wider views about life.

However, we can see that leadership skills are lacking for mental growth structure, maturity and the focus on future career direction.
These younger generation come through the system housebound and are less adventurous to explore the wonderful outdoors (shy).
This is progressive technology, gaming, online chat, and mobile messaging at fault.
Technical generations’ need a defined environment, at some point in their lives to counter the child factor.
