Sammy [alias]; Born on Tuesday, 13th September 1977, and the Youngest in the Family of Seven Kids.

The Boy Born, was a White Caucasian, and with Blue Eyes.

Recorded on File; It stated the Mother had Given the Boy, Away to Friends at Birth, However, He was Returned, Months Later.

Department of Social Welfare, had not Approved of these Friends, as Adoptive Applicants.

Eve [alias]; Mother of the Seven Children, had Separated in giving Birth to this Child. Eve served the Next Years in Test of Faith and Commitment to Kin.

Needs of the Children were not Always being Adequately Met, in State Housing.

These Kids without Shoes were offered Vegemite Sandwiches, such with A Measured Glass of Cordial or Water. Regularly was for Dinner.

This Led to the Family, Experiencing some Constant Problems, Throughout the Next Few Years, Due to Emotional Claims and Financial Difficulties.

During 1977; Department of Child Welfare, had taken Interest in Sammy’s Family, because of The Above and Later, in Temporary Care of One of his Older Sisters.

In 1984; Eve was Worn Out and Wanted a Fresh Start in a New Life and So, with the Seven Kids, taking Little More than the Clothes On their Back, Decided to Relocate to Another Area of the Mainland.

Times were Tough, Eve was a Dedicated, Fellowship Follower of the Baptist Church.

The Boys; Stressed in Living of Circumstance had Presented Themselves to a Minister. As they were Told to “Get Out” and not “Come Back” (Frightened).

Sammy; During these Years of Hard Living and a Poor Man’s Life had closely Bonded with his Brother and Born, One Year Apart.

The Boys and their Oldest Brother, at the Ages of 7, 8 and 10, had Gained Entry into a Primary School, via a Trap Door located Beneath, and Managed to Burnt Down, a Primary Portion of the Building, in Effort.

Unfortunate, is the Turn of Events to Come.

Whilst; The Oldest of the Three, Took to Foot and Leaving his Brother Outside, Sammy, Remained Inside the Building, being Consumed in Flames of Force. All Around.

It Comes to Mind, This being Unusual in Separation, However a Favor to Benefit with One Less, Mouth to Feed.

Sammy; Aware of being Left Behind, Not overly Concerned, and Still Standing in Flames, was Glazed Eyed in a Comatose State, to the Element of Power (This became an Interest and Later in Life, was Repeated a Number of Times Over).

During this Period in Time, Whilst in Wait, the Thought had crossed Sammy’s Mind to the Above Thought, and his Brothers, in Aid of Making it Happen (Sense of Impression).

However, the Tie in Bond saw Fit for Sammy’s closest Brother, Return and Retrieve.

The Boys; Together at this Time, had Escaped from the Scene of the Crime and Only to the Gate. Apprehended by Police.

Once at the Police Station.

Sammy; was Confused about, What was Going On and Said in Question, “When will I be going Home?” and Yet to Comprehend and Acknowledge the Seriousness of Nature.

Decision was Made, that the Boys are to Be Held in Temporary Custody, This of a Short Term Home. This until further Action could be Taken.

A Week had Passed or So.

The Accommodation; Sammy, and his Brother were Staying In, was a White and Standalone House, with an Enclosed Driveway, such Running about 200 Meters from the Road.

The Occupants; Looking After the Two Boys, were a Middle Aged Couple, and Humble without Child.

The Boys Bedded, in a Double Room, such containing Two Singles in Opposite Side. This was located Two Stories in Height and Over Looking, the Front Driveway.

Sammy; In a Deep Sleep had Briskly Awoke, One early Dawn Morning. This about 5am.

A Sense of Awakening was Brought About, via Talkative People in Discussion at a Time of Night.

A Second Sense of Emptiness had now Come About.

The Impression in Sense that Crept-In, Now became a Frightened One, such with Acknowledgement to his Brothers Bed. In Focused Sight.

Sammy; Clearly Aware to the Going-on, Sprung out of Bed and Took to Flight, Down the Stairs and Out, into the Sky Night (Emotions Retained).

Too Late.

Through the Heat of the Night, in Sneak and such to be Un-Aware by Other’s, a Social Worker in came and Plucked, Sammy’s Brother. Right Out of his Bed.

Haste to his Arrival, the Social Worker and Brother in All, Accelerated an Exit at Speed, such in Effort to Evade, Drama of Turmoil in Trauma. Yet to Come.

A Spoken Word; Sammy said, “Give Me Back, My Brother!” and “Where Are You, Taking Him?” This in Cry of a Single Tear, Shredded (Emotional Loss).

Sky View Down; One could See, that Sammy had Taken to a Minor Chase, a Fruitless Effort to be Made. He Kneels Down to All Fours and in Cry.

Sammy; was feeling Disoriented and Confused to Why? He was Not Going with his Brother, Also.

This Emotion in Tear soon Dried-up, as the Separation was Made into Silence and Stare of Moments Passed, whilst looking Down in Pain of Helplessness and Sorrow.

Sammy; Sunken in Heart, now Torn and Frail, Suffering and in Pain had Lost a Love in Bond, Never to be Repeated nor Replaced, with this Cooling Moment.

Turning; a New Character in Mould, One, Not so Sweet, such was Forsaken.

This Drawn; Frozen Blood of Anger, Now was his New Look to Eye and in Mind.

Hatred in Conflict to Wanting to Inflict, Pain on Others. Thought’s that Struggle in Mood to the Idea (Evolving as Time Spent, Dwelling).

This in Short Term, Accommodation was Over the Next Day in Fear (Repercussions in Retaliation).

A Week had Passed or So.

Sammy was Now Living at Arbor House (Home for Juvenile Boys) and to be Accommodated, One Move after Another, by a Variety of Families.

Sammy in Personality; Presented rather Shy and Passive withdrawn Little Boy. That did Not Accept, Discipline, Readily and was Extremely Defiant.

He had constantly Looked for Attention and Used, Manipulating Behaviour. This in Order to Get his Needs, Met.

Sammy Impressed; As a Deprived, Little Boy. This was without Good Food, Television, Toys and a Pacifier (Common with Other Kids).

Sammy’s; Trust in People would not Come easily, He was Extremely Insecure. One had to Work Hard (Gaining his Confidence).

Relevance to the Above, an Assessment in Character of Sammy:

It would Demonstrate to the Reasons, Why? He needed to Suck his Thumb in Substitute, and to Other Mischievousness (Lighting Fires, Fraud and Theft).

This was a Result in Bad Behaviour, Sammy would Get Up too. Now and Then.

Department of Child Welfare; Sometimes chose Homes where the Child in Best Interest, was not Always in Mind.

In 1985; Sammy found this Out, One Time, When he was Hospitalized, and with A Broken Femur. Incident at School to Happening (Freak Accident).

Whilst in Hospital, Sammy had his Leg Strung Up in a Maze of Wires, Elevated in Cast and Above his Bed.

Turn of these Events; saw his Foster Father at the Time, Arrive Forthwith into the Hospital Ward. A Man all Fired-Up in Madness (Taken Personal).

The Parent; was Unable to Control himself, Lunged Aggressively, in Anger at Sammy and Assaulted the Boy. Incapacitated to Defend, Himself.

Hospital Security; had taken The Man, Away and would be The Last Time, Sammy would ever Adhere to these Foster Parents.

Later that Evening, Distraught to the Events that had Conspired, had pushed Sammy over the Edge (Snapped).

Behaviour becoming Dangerous, he Managed to Dislodge his Cast Holding, and obtained One of the Steel Rods.

This was Used in Defending in Hostage the Wards, Main Room.

Sammy; On his Knees, Held-up, Any and All for a Period of Time, that Intruded On and or Near his Bed. This Situated, in the Middle of the Room.

A Hospital Psychotherapist was Called-In, and with the Aid of Half A Dozen, Hospital Workers, Subdued and Secured. He was Placed on Melleril Syrup (25mgs in 5mls).

Sammy; Stayed in Care of the Hospital for the Next Couple of Weeks, and to be Discharged to another Family Home, thereafter.

In 1985; A few Months Later, the Decision was Made via Department of Child Welfare, that Sammy be Handed Over to Barnardo’s and Governor General, as Primary Stakeholder in Guardianship.

The Boy was Re-Categorized as a Long Term, Ward of the State, Under the Watchful Eye of Barbara Allan, Social Worker (The Director of Barnardo’s in Time and then Retired).

Later, He would be Admitted in to Beck House.

The Facility; is Accommodation and Schooling for Juvenile Boys, under Observation and Assessment and was Outside the Mainstream District in Society.

A Period of Time; was Fraught with the Pearl of Loneliness, Bad Food and Limited, Visual Entertainment in General (Movie of Group Choice on Friday Nights).

Sammy in Use of this Time Spent, Played on his Own and School.

On Occasion; He felt the Need to Torment and or Prick Tease (Purely for Entertainment).

He had Frequent Tantrums, and was a High Consumption of Adult Time and Attention in made Effort in Attempts to Escape. Fraught with Capture.

These Events of Cause had Placed, Sammy in the Detention Room (Recorded 13 Times).

This in Actual was a Sound Proof, Cell.

An Independent, Room without Observation and was Reinforced with No Windows, except an Eye Hole (encased) within the Door.

Sammy, was Upset by the Idea of the Cell, being without A Toilet and not Cleaned, Occasionally.

He had Resorted to Peeing, On the Wall in Idea.

Most Unfortunate, Turn of Events in Cell Lock Downs’, was being Left Alone, and or Forgotten, Hours on End (Generally, He would Lose Out on Meals).

Beck House, was Forced to Closed its Doors, Due to Mistreatment of Admitted Boys via Human Rights.

Sammy, was Placed in Long Term, Foster Care, in December 1986.

In 1987; He and a Companion had Set Fire to a Railway’s, Goods Shed. (No Charges were Laid).

Education lacked Greatly at this Time.

Sammy; was Totally Illiterate and so Effort was Made for Enrolment, as A Day Pupil in Private Schooling.

The Enrolment; Under the Family Name in Care, was for Political Assurance to his Familiars (Other Students).

Hadlow; is Highly Reputable and Known within its Family of Schools to Mould, Future Leaders via Build of Individual Character and Basic, Attribute Skills (Retained throughout Life).

Sammy; in Result of Attendance had Gained, Years of Lost Education within Short Periods of Time, at Hadlow.

In 1988; He was Awarded, a Little Book, The Golden Goose, in which He had Received for his Efforts and Achievement, as most Improved Learner in that Year.

At the Time, Sammy was a Little Bit, Embarrassed in Receivership of the Little Book, such in Comparative to Other Students, Awarded Novels.

However; He was Pleased in Sense of Achievement, and Thankful for this Award.

He did Enjoy the Institute, Discipline and Education.

In Offer, was Art, Script Writing with Fountain Pens, and Other Activities inclusive of Swimming, Hockey and Tennis.

Sammy; Had made many Friends and enjoyed Lunchtime Adventure in Activities and Hanging Out.

Sammy, was Expelled a Couple of Years, Later. He was Discovered in Running a Shoplifting, Gang of Four Students.

He was Innocent in not Shoplifting on the Day, However was Obligated in his Knowledge being Trained and had Taken, Responsibility.

This was a Very Depressing, Set Back for Many and Resulted in a Lesser Education.

The Point Made; Stupidity in Teaching in the First Place these Skills, and to People with Ego’s in Confidence. People Known as Overnight Professionals (Newly Learnt in Practice).

Empathy and Patience; Peoples Nature, through the Above Scenario was Learnt and Shown, via his Disheartened Smile (Suffering in Maturity).

Sammy; Over the Next Couple of Years, enjoyed Group Activities as a Member of Cub Scouts, Interacting with People of his Own Age.

His, Foster Father was the Akela of the Group (At This Time).

The Boy in Confidence; Had taken Further Interest in Hiking rugged Mountain Terrain’s for Days on End and had Learnt, Navigation, Endurance and Survival in Adventure.

In 1989; Sammy had Suicidal Tendencies, and yet Another, Emotional Breakdown.

He received Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) in Treatment Sessions, this to Deal with Ones postdate Emotional Traumas.

A couple of Years had Passed or So in Cub Scouts.

Sammy; Elevated to a Cub and Kea – Help Leader, through Early Hood, Maturity and he Started to Create Programs, inclusive of Weekly Activities. This was in Aid of Youth.

The Cub’s and Kea’s, Idolized him as Leader (Admired and Adored).

In 1990; The Boy began his First Job in Delivery of Pamphlet’s.

The Manager of the Business at the time had Indicated, that Sammy was the Only Boy, He had not Received, Complaints About.

In 1992; He obtained his Independence.

In Achievement to Working, Full-time within a Supermarket, and in Follow-through, Renting his First Unit.

This was a Major Stepping Stone, in Building his Confidence and Self-Esteem, and a Move he had for Some Time, Requested (Independence).

Sammy felt his Maturity was being Suffocated.

This at the Family Home, and he Already had been Learning the Value of Money, via Payment of his Own, Share of Rent.

This Allowance in Space to Relax and Focus, had supplied Better Opportunity to Advance, Personal Development in Skill sets and Adulthood.

A Benefit to his New Found Freedom (Demonstrated).

He maintained Secure Work for Good Periods of Time, and in Progression of Responsibility for Positioning, via Focus made to New Skills.

He took up Social Marijuana, a Saviour to his Mental and Physical Awareness, via Removal of the Social Pressures in Mind and Life (Relaxed in Contentment and Happiness).

Sammy; Had taken an Interest in the Family Business, Information Technology and Sales Consultant, and Specialized in Technical Training and Internet Support.

In 1996; Sammy, One to Not Talk much about Personal Issues was Suffering, Sleep Deprivation and had No Option, but Consult his Doctor on the Matter.

He was still Working at the Time of this Occurrence and so Prescribed, Olanzapine in Pill Form. A Period of 3 Months.

Olanzapine; was Used in Treatment of Neurological, Emotional, and Mental disorders. The Drug is Designed to Drain, The Body and Mind of Energy Overdrive.

In 2002; Sammy, Endeavoured to Advanced his Natural Psychological Skill sets in Social Psychology, and Human Science. He had put To Use since Early Age, Comprehension.

Through to more Advance Methods in Patients, via Aid in Personal Issues to Questions of Relevance to Life (Application in Methods were Successful in Treatments).

Evolution in Thought to Broaden his Audience, he Advanced this Idea via Communities and the World, a Scope of Greater Causes in Aid (Passing It On).

Time Spent, he had Found that sometimes People go through Life with a Misinterpretation to Social Behaviour. This in its Basic Form of Understanding a Number of Individual, Issues.

This in Original Interpretation being Progressed from One Individual to Another, was Incorrect in Logic and Relayed in Verbal Communication, as so (Linear in Mind).

In Example; Sammy may Ask a Question to re-affirm Assurance, to What is already Known.

This is Repetition to a Number of People, until True Meaning was Answered and in Logic of Correctness (One should, Always seek Confirmation to Advice, When in Doubt).

In 2006; Sammy, suffered Deepened Depression and Sleep Deprivation for Days on End.

He received a Patch in Upgrade of Enlightened Information and Strived in Multitask to Sort (Timed, Evolutionary Jump).

Sammy in Mind, to Preservation of Pain had then Rebooted, such is Comparable to Spoke, Reborn on Planet Vulcan, in Star trek.

The Human Mind; in Moments of Physical Danger, where the Body in Life is Challenged could Temporary Hibernate and or Shut Down. As a Result.

Brain Danger; Information Loss (General), can Result in Temporary or Long Term and Progress to Menopause in Brain Cell Trauma. This could Lead to Instant Death.

Health Issues (Additional); This without the Correct Amount of Sleep, Food and Activity may also Result in Relapse and or Telepathic Disturbance (Future Problematic Issues within Society).

Sammy, in a Deepened State of Depression and Sleep Deprivation had eventually Deteriorated to the Point of Uncontrollable Emotions, and with Little Option, but Return to his Foster Family (Relax and Stabilize).

It was about 3 Months, Before he could Recoup enough Physically to Re-join the Work Force and Regain his Independence.

He was a Showman in Delivery of Service and Happiness, over the Next Year.

Sammy in Adulthood; He Re-Educated in Memory and Professional Knowledge, in Database of Mainstream Industries.

Sammy; Attributes at Top Levels in the Fields of Business, and a continual High Calibre in Service of Excellence.

The Psychological Mind – Helper Functions

Burning Bridges; Is about Bonds Made via Rapport Built over Time in Trust. Misused and or Taken Advantage in Purpose of Gain.

In General, One may Burn Bridges in Bond many Times Over, such with Friends, Family and or Business.

There is No Options Available and One is Written Off without Respect.

In Relevance to a Parent/s and or Guardian/s in Care of Children, One, Can and Will, Burn the Bridge of Bond Made, via Disrespecting this Child’s, in way of Integrity and Trust.

The Pros; Is a Family of Norm with Good Relations in Support Grouping, can Rekindle this Bond, Overtime.

The Cons; is Wards of the State are Already without Love, via Instances of Trauma, and or without the Norm of Life. (Wholesome Family, Privileged).

Misuse or Threatened in Trust, that Impedes the Interest of Safety-Net Protection and or After Care, will Burn the Bond for Eternity (Heightened Sensitivity to Emotion).

Child Protection; is Department of Social Welfare, Department of Child Services (Docs) and Barnardo’s.

The Child is Key Interest in Purpose of Service, within these Departments.

The Aim; is to Return the Child into an Environment that is Considered Safe or One will be Provided, Long Term (Child Protection Act).

Child Protection; A Complaint must be Made and or the Parent/s or Guardian/s are Unfit to Support the Child and Freely Relinquish, Primary Guardianship.

A Complaint; is a Report with Attachment of Initial Assessment (At Risk), Pending Review (First Contact).

Complaints are made via Accredited Citizens, such as Police and Government or those Associated as Citizens, Neighbours and or Relations.

The Parent/s or Guardian/s is Not Responsible for any Misdoings or At Risk to the Health and Wellbeing of that Child. This is Preservation, Action.

Social Workers; are Public Servants, Qualified to Investigate via Analyses to Application, Individual Cases in Claim and are Responsible for the Child’s Safely and Wellbeing.

In General Ruling in Quote “A Child is a Privilege and Not a Right.”

Child Loss; to Lose Custody of the Child, Parent/s or Guardian/s must have Failed to Provide a Safe Environment (Ethics in Standards of Living and People Associated).

A Decision Made in Result of Investigation/s are not Set in Concrete!.

What the Parent/s or Guardian/s, Need to Do or Do Next in Result of the Decision, will Determine the Length of Time a Child, Remains in State Care.

The Parent/s or Guardian/s need to View the Decision Made in Founded Reasons without Reasonable Doubt, as Directions to Remedy a Fix (Outlined).

You the Parent/s or Guardian/s must now Follow, Each Step Given, in the Directions via Department Social Worker/s and without Reflection of Negative Response, merely YES SIR.

Social Workers; in General are the Gate Keepers to All Decisions Made.

Social Workers in Departments of this Nature, have the Power to Review and Dissolve a Judgment, via Internal Arrangement of Governing Bodies.

Good or Bad; is the Child of Interest having A Valued Say and to Overall, Judgment (All Ages, except Infants).

Ward of the States; are Children under State Protection and Information about these Children is Confidential to Public Access (Red Tape Protection).

All; in a Party to Proceedings and Interested of Guardianship in General, Receive a History of the Child in Cut Down Format (Version) to Aid in Support (Need to Know, Bases to Protect the Child).

Children should be Always be the Primary Focus with Interest and Wellbeing.
